Touchdown for Tots is a specialized youth sports program designed to introduce the world of football to beginners aged 7 and under.  This innovative program spans three consecutive Saturdays, with each session lasting an hour and a half, tailored to provide young children with an engaging and educational introduction to the sport.

Getting Started:

Touchdown for Tots recognizes that not all budding athletes are ready for full-fledged recreational games.  Therefore, this program offers a nurturing and inclusive environment for youngsters to take their very first steps into the world of football.  It’s not about competition; it’s about fun, learning, and character development.

Each week, participants engage in a variety of activities carefully crafted to cater to their age and skill level.  These activities include warm-up exercises, small drills, and exciting mini games.  Young athletes begin to grasp the fundamental concepts of football, such as positions, handoffs, catching, and more.  The program’s curriculum ensures that no two weeks are alike, maintaining the children’s interest and enthusiasm throughout the three-week journey.
